Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and perform physical counts to ensure accuracy.
Verify invoices against purchase orders (PO) and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to monitor engineering store performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :
Handling inward receipt, outward material transfer and dispatch.
Controlling daily transactions of material issued vs. received, local purchasing.
Maintain a fine balance between stock out and overstocking
Coordination with supplier; follow up with material. Suppliers, transporters for timely supply of material and clearance of materials from various transports.
Maintenance of Minimum & Maximum inventory control of stock items.
Handling invoice verification during material unloading.
