Role & responsibilities:
Lead predictive, preventive, condition-based, and specialized maintenance activities for turbines, generators, boilers, transformers, GIS/AIS switchgear, transmission assets, BoP, and auxiliary systems.
Plan and execute annual shutdowns, major overhauls, inspections, refurbishment, and asset life-cycle improvement programs.
Monitor equipment health through SCADA, DCS, CMMS/SAP PM/Maximo, vibration analysis, thermography, DGA, and other condition monitoring systems.
Conduct troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and reliability improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve asset performance.
Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and internal teams for critical maintenance interventions and technical support.




Manage maintenance planning, spare parts optimization, contracts, resources, and maintenance budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, environmental, and quality standards while driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Preferred candidate profile : SCADA & Remote Monitoring, DCS, SAP PM/Maximo, Condition Monitoring, Vibration Analysis, Thermography, Transformer Diagnostics (DGA/PD), GIS/AIS Maintenance, Electrical Protection & Control Systems, and Reliability & Predictive Maintenance Analytics.
