Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant with expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Onboarding 2.0, integrations, business process configuration, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 solutions based on business requirements.
Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
Configure onboarding processes, tasks, compliance forms, document management, and workflows.
Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Work on integrations between SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications.
Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
Support data migration and validation activities.




Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and project standards.

Required Skills
4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
Experience with onboarding process setup, knowledge transfer, and compliance activities.
Robust understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
Experience in role-based permissions (RBP), business rules, and workflows.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors platform, MDF objects, and integration concepts.
Experience in testing, deployment, and production support.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification.
Experience with Employee Central, Recruiting, and Integration Center.
Knowledge of SAP CPI/BTP integrations.
Experience working in global implementation projects.
