Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end factory warehouse and logistics operations.
Manage inbound & outbound logistics, warehousing, dispatch, and distribution.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and inventory governance.
Oversee reverse logistics, refurbishment, repair logistics, and asset management.
Manage cold chain operations, batch traceability, and serial number tracking.
Drive warehouse automation, WMS implementation, and process digitalization.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO, EHS, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Planning, Finance, and Customer Service.
Optimize warehouse productivity, logistics costs, and vendor performance.
Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams while driving operational excellence

Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical,



Production, Industrial, Electronics, Instrumentation, or equivalent.
MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations preferred.
1822 years of experience in manufacturing warehouse and logistics operations.
Experience in Medical Devices, IVD, Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostics, or other regulated manufacturing industries.
Solid expertise in Factory Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing Logistics, Oracle WMS/SAP, Inventory Governance, Reverse Logistics, and Cold Chain Management.
Proven experience in leading warehouse teams, driving operational excellence, and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
Robust knowledge of GMP, GDP, ISO, EHS, and regulatory compliance.
