Job Title: Senior Accountant Experience Required: 3 – 4 Years Location: On-site, Bangalore, Karnataka Job Type: Full-Time Industry: IT Infrastructure Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 3 – 4 years of experience and solid expertise in Zoho Books. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, including invoicing, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage invoicing and ensure timely billing to clients.
Manage Accounts Payable by recording vendor bills and processing payments on time
Perform regular bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
Handle banking adjustments in Zoho Books
Maintain accurate expense records with proper documentation and approvals
Ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded in Zoho Books
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements




Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or master's in commerce, Accounting, or finance
3 – 4 years of relevant accounting experience
Robust hands-on experience with Zoho Books
Good understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Experience in bank reconciliation processes
Knowledge of expense tracking and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Robust time management and organisational skills.

Experience in handling multiple clients/projects
