We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee – HR to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment and be eager to build a long-term career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
Coordinate employee induction, training, and engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment trackers.
Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Support performance management and other HR initiatives.

Requirements:
Education:



MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM), or BBA/BMS with HR specialization.
Experience: 1–3 years in HR Recruitment, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or General HR.
Positive understanding of HR processes and labour law basics.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS/ATS tools is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
