Credara Capital Private Limited is looking for motivated and customer-focused specialists to join our growing team as Customer Support / Loan Collection Executives. The role involves interacting with customers, managing loan repayment follow-ups, resolving payment-related concerns, and contributing towards monthly collection targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
Follow up with customers for loan repayments via calls and other approved channels.
Handle customer queries and provide payment solutions.
Maintain CRM records and call logs accurately and in real time.
Achieve monthly individual and team collection targets.
Ensure skilled, respectful, and RBI/regulatory-compliant customer communication at all times.
Escalate disputed or sensitive cases to the reporting manager as per company policy.
Prepare daily/weekly collection and follow-up reports.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
