We are looking for a Management Trainee – Marketing to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or MBA candidates who are eager to build a career in marketing. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in market research, campaign execution, brand promotion, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Support lead generation and customer engagement activities.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Manage social media and digital marketing initiatives (if required).
Prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign performance.
Participate in client meetings, events, and promotional activities.




Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM (Marketing) or pursuing MBA candidates are preferred.

Experience
0–1 year of experience in Marketing or Business Development.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
