About the Role

We are seeking a energetic and proactive Placement Executive to strengthen industry relations and drive successful student placements. The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate with strong communication skills, excellent networking abilities, and a keen understanding of corporate and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust corporate partnerships to facilitate campus placements and internships.
Organize recruitment drives, career fairs, and industry interaction programs.
Mentor students on career readiness, interview preparation, and professional etiquette.
Stay updated on industry requirements, employment market trends, and corporate affairs.
Collaborate with faculty and administration to enhance student employability.




Prepare placement reports and represent the institution in external forums.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
Preferred Qualification: Additional certification in Marketing, Corporate Relations, or Business Development.
Skills & Competencies:
Fluent communication (verbal & written).
Solid networking and relationship management skills.
Assertive yet pleasant personality with tact to engage diverse industry stakeholders.
Good grasp of current affairs, economy, and industry trends.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with academic teams.
