Total Experience: 8 to 12 Years Jd Serve as a subject matter expert in UX design & research, and evangelize current trends and patterns in the design space.

Facilitate ideation, design thinking and collaboration sessions.

Coach & mentor team members on all aspects of design from methodologies to execution Lead the development of personas, user flows and scenarios, goal/task analyses, and other key tools of user-cantered design.

Conduct usability testing and translate findings into product improvements. Work effectively and independently with stakeholders, subject matter experts and users.

Degree in a Design discipline such as Human Computer Interaction, Product, Industrial, Digital design etc preferred.

A minimum of 8 years experience as user experience designer, exhibiting a positive mix of user research, interaction design and visual design experience.

A minimum of 2 years experience as a team lead.

Positive attitude to learning.

Proficient in Figma including the Design Systems and other standard design tools. UX,Design Thinking,Figma Variables
