Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and timely invoices for clients based on project milestones, deliverables, and agreed-upon pricing.
Process incoming payments from clients through bank transfers, cheques, or credit card transactions.
Maintain a record of all financial transactions, including billing records, payment receipts, and client statements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing practices.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing.
