What We’re Looking For: As we accelerate our growth trajectory, is seeking an experienced Lead – Investor Relations & Capital Formation to spearhead our fundraising initiatives. In this role, you will lead our investor strategy —identifying, engaging, and securing capital from HNIs, Family Offices, VC firms, and Angel Networks. Building high-impact Large Corporate Alliances & Enterprise Partnerships.

Map out target investor profiles based on investment thesis, check sizes, and stage focus. Architect and execute structured outreach strategies to expand our investor network. Partner with the executive team to refine pitch materials, financial models, and data rooms.

Facilitate due diligence workflows and support transaction execution. Identify, Initiate and lead investor outreach, intro calls, and pitch sessions alongside our founders. Proven track record in early-stage fundraising, corporate development, or strategic enterprise partnerships.

Robust network across HNIs, Family Offices, VC firms, and Corporate Executives. Deep understanding of financial deal structures, revenue-sharing/brokerage models, and partner enablement.
