We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive to connect with international prospects and generate qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and the ability to identify customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to international prospects (US/UK/Canada/etc.).

Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and update lead status regularly.

Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales team.

Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and lead conversions.

Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients.

Provide regular reports and insights to the sales/management team.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in international telecalling or lead generation.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Ability to handle cold calling, objections, and target pressure.

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Self-motivated, positive attitude, and solid interpersonal skills.
