Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi.
Resolve customer queries in a skilled and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.

Record customer interactions and update the system.
Requirements
Fluent in Hindi (Mandatory).
Basic communication skills in English or Tamil.
6 months to 3 years of experience in a voice process or customer support role.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willing to work from the office.
