Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop new Punjabi Suits, Dresses, Kurtis, and Women's Ethnic Wear collections.
Create original fashion concepts, sketches, prototypes, and samples based on market trends and customer preferences.
Collaborate with sampling, embroidery, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Select suitable fabrics, colors, prints, and embroidery placements for each collection.
Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and consumer preferences to create creative designs.
Use the EMCAD App for garment design, pattern development, and related design work.

Job Requirements
0–1 year of experience in Fashion Designing or a related field.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.




Hands-on experience with the EMCAD App is mandatory for garment design, pattern making, or related design work.
Strong understanding of embroidery techniques and their application in women's ethnic wear.
Proficiency in creating sketches, prototypes, and samples using traditional methods or design software.
Positive knowledge of textile properties, fabrics, colors, prints, and garment construction.
Creativity with a strong sense of fashion trends and color combinations.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work from Surat.
