We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Mechanical Maintenance Fitter. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining production machinery, minimizing equipment downtime, and ensuring smooth plant operations through preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components as required.
Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities according to established schedules.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
Report recurring equipment issues and recommend improvements for enhanced machine reliability.
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work setting.
Required Qualifications
ITI in Fitter or an equivalent trade.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance, industrial equipment, and hand tools.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic mechanical issues.
