Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with approved SOPs.
Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine operational checks.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality.
Identify and report equipment abnormalities and coordinate with the Maintenance team when required.
Maintain cleanliness of machines and the work area while adhering to safety guidelines.
Record production data and machine performance accurately.
Educational Qualification
ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, or an equivalent trade)
Experience
4–5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing workplace.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of production machinery and manufacturing processes.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of workplace safety practices and SOP compliance.
Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
