Role & responsibilities
Execute and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities for metro station works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor RCC, structural, architectural, finishing, and waterproofing works while ensuring quality standards and timely execution.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve site issues and maintain uninterrupted work progress.
Ensure proper deployment of manpower, materials, machinery, and resources to achieve daily and weekly construction targets.
Conduct site inspections, maintain execution records, prepare daily progress reports, and verify work quantities for billing purposes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality procedures, and project requirements while maintaining a protected and productive work workplace.
