About Raptee Energy Raptee Energy is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Job Summary Manufacturing Systems Engineering Interns play a crucial role in supporting the development and optimization of manufacturing processes.

Job Responsibilities
Design and development of machinery and test systems.
Understand the assembly processes of various sub systems.
Design and development of subassembly stations
Design and development of special material handling equipment and conveyors
Work study and time study of the assembly process
Sub assembly station Layout optimization
Communicate with vendors and support the team for procurement of above related components
Work Ergonomics, Safety and 5S implementation.





Requirements
Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong Academic Performance, with a focus on relevant coursework in Manufacturing Processes, Systems Engineering and automation.
End to End hands on experience in academic or personal Project Works.
Strong CAD Skills ( SolidWorks Preferred)
