Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads for real estate projects.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Drive brand development and ensure consistent branding across all online and offline marketing channels.
Design and execute project launch campaigns, promotional events, exhibitions, and channel partner marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the Sales, CRM, and Project teams to develop marketing collateral, customer communication, and lead generation strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and campaign performance to identify current business opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
Manage external agencies, creative partners, and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns within the approved budget.
Prepare periodic marketing reports, analyse campaign ROI, and recommend data-driven strategies to improve lead conversion and overall marketing performance.
