Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Develop and update curriculum as per AICTE/Anna University guidelines.
Mentor students in academics, projects, internships, and placements.
Conduct research, publish in reputed journals, and apply for funded research projects.
Guide UG/PG projects and supervise PhD scholars (where applicable).
Participate in accreditation activities (NBA, NAAC, NIRF, etc.).
Contribute to departmental administration and academic development.
Organize FDPs, workshops, seminars, hackathons, and industry interaction programs.
Build collaborations with industries and research organizations.
Eligibility
Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (preferred/mandatory as per AICTE norms for Associate Professor & Professor).
M.E./M.Tech. and B.E./B.Tech. in the relevant specialization with a consistently valuable academic record.
Relevant teaching/research experience as per AICTE norms.
