Role Description The MARKETING MANAGER REAL ESTATE PROJECT role is a part time position based in Panchkula with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns for specific real estate projects, including digital outreach, on-ground promotions, and coordination with sales teams.

The Marketing

Manager will manage project branding, prepare marketing materials, support lead generation, and track campaign performance against targets. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, monitoring budgets for marketing activities,



conducting market research, and preparing regular reports on project visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, with the ability to plan activities, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
Candidates should possess Real Estate and Real Estate Development knowledge, including familiarity with local market trends and regulatory considerations.
Candidates should possess Budgeting skills for planning, tracking, and optimizing marketing spends across different channels.
Relevant experience in real estate marketing or property sales is beneficial.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic CRM usage is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
