Roles &
Responsibilities
End-to-End Ownership: Manage complete garment merchandising activities from Product Development (PD) through to Production, communicating directly with international buyers and buying offices.
Sampling &
Approvals:

Drive complete garment fitting processes, lab testing closures, and sample approvals to keep critical paths on track.
Costing &
Pricing:

Prepare accurate garment costing and price quotations.
Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with Trims, Fabric,



and Production departments to guarantee timely material in-housing and production delivery.
Multi-Tasking: Manage numerous complex styles simultaneously with high accuracy and strict adherence to delivery deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Strong background exclusively in Apparel Export Houses.
Product Specialization: Expertise in Woven Ladieswear is mandatory (experience with children wear is a solid plus).
Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge of patterns, fitting, stitching, and fabrics.
Design &
Value Addition:

Ability to interpret design sheets with a solid grasp of embroideries and modern garment techniques.
Mindset: Proactive, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced setting where delivery performance is key.
