Role Description: The Marketing & Operations Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar.

This role involves: Conduct market research and extract insights to help clients grow their impact.

Create presentations, proposals, and documents that drive attention and conversions.

Build sustainability-related projects in ESG, Carbon, Biodiversity and more related verticals

Build and execute outreach strategies that generate measurable results both online and offline

Coordinate with interns and internal teams to maintain alignment, creativity, and momentum.





Craft case studies that highlight client transformation and success stories.

Be on the ground: visit client sites, manage operations, and ensure impact translates into action. Qualifications

Strong operations skills to manage daily activities, coordinate initiatives, and support process improvements.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build relationships with partners, community members, and other stakeholders.

Solid analytical skills to track performance metrics, interpret data, and recommend improvements for marketing and operational activities.

Explicit and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to support marketing content, outreach, and coordination.

Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a small, mission-driven team.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, environmental studies, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Prior experience in marketing, operations, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
