Role & responsibilities
Lead Handling: Handle customer enquiries and active sales leads via direct visits and phone.
Technical Proposals: Study customer component drawings and component output requirements, and report to the manager.
Direct Visit / Demos: Conduct technical machinery walkthroughs and tooling feasibility trials for customers visiting the western region.
Order Closure: Follow up on pending quotes, clarify technical doubts, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
Preferred candidate profile
Ability to accurately read and analyse intricate engineering component drawings.
Basic knowledge of conventional machining, grinding, or honing finishing operations.
