Key Responsibilities & Duties
GST Compliance & Filings:
Preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
Performing GSTR-2B / 2A vs. Purchase Register reconciliations.
Drafting replies to GST notices (ASMT-10, DRC-01) and assisting in GST audits/annual returns (GSTR-9/9C).
Income Tax & Direct Taxation:
Finalization of books of accounts for individuals, firms, and private limited companies.
Filing Income Tax Returns (ITR-1 to ITR-6) and Tax Audit Reports (Form 3CD).
Preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q) and issuing Form 16/16A.
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Overseeing day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime / Zoho Books.
Bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and finalizing trial balances.
Auditing & ROC Compliance:
Conducting Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Internal Audits independently or with minimal supervision.




Basic ROC/MCA compliance filings (DIR-3 KYC, AOC-4, MGT-7) is an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have Experience: Minimum 2 consecutive years of hands-on experience working in a CA Firm.
Software Proficiency: Excellent working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas), and Income Tax / GST government portals.
Location Preference: Candidates residing in Kaggadasapura, Malleshpalya, Vignana Nagar, C.V. Raman Nagar, Mahadevapura, or K.R. Puram are strongly preferred to ensure a smooth daily commute.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Kannada (spoken communication in Kannada/Hindi for client coordination is highly desirable).
