Strategy and Product Management
Define the B2B product roadmap, prioritizing features based on partner demand, market trends, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify prospects for B2B enhancements and current service offerings.
Collaborate with business development and sales teams to understand partner needs and translate them into technical requirements and specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria).
Own the B2B documentation, ensuring it is comprehensive, accurate, and easy for external B2B developers to consume.

B2B Development and Operations
Work closely with Tech teams to design, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance B2B hotel products (e.g., search, booking, inventory, pricing).
Monitor B2B performance, availability,



and reliability,ensure region wise contribution
Ensure the B2B platform adheres to security standards, compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations.

Partner and Developer Relations
Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and integration support for key hotel partners and Business Team.
Gather feedback from the market, aggregators, Travel Agents community and internal stakeholders to inform future Plan and improvements

Business Goals
Ensure the B2B team delivers AOP numbers Hotels by spreading across the regions.
Study and Develop product and as per market requirements of each region
