Role Description This is a full-time, in office (Offline) Medical Coding Trainer role based in Delhi, India.

The Medical Coding

Trainer will design and deliver classroom and practical training sessions on Medical Coding and related US healthcare concepts. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive lectures, case-based discussions, and coding exercises, and assessing learner performance through quizzes, assignments, and exams. The trainer will review and provide feedback on student work, clarify complex coding scenarios,



and support learners in preparing for industry-recognized certifications.

Additional tasks include updating course content based on coding guideline changes, collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum, maintaining training records, and guiding learners on career readiness and qualified behavior in healthcare settings.

Qualifications Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Health Information Management to effectively teach clinical and documentation concepts.

Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom or virtual training delivery.

Solid communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Ability to mentor and motivate diverse learners, with a focus on a growth mindset and continuous improvement.

Familiarity with coding guidelines and standards (e.g., ICD, CPT, HCPCS) and updates to regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in a health-related, life science, or allied health discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
