Countrywide Visas is a leading immigration and visa consultancy dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their global aspirations. We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads & Google Ads Executive who can create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead).
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through continuous testing and performance analysis.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Create compelling ad copies, headlines, and campaign creatives in coordination with the design team.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
Track conversions and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.




Manage campaign budgets efficiently and recommend strategies for scaling.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and advertising policies.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Experience with audience targeting, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Eligibility
Experience: 1–3 years in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Lead Generation).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certifications will be an added advantage.
