Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Meta Lead Generation Expert with a proven track record of generating high-quality leads through Facebook and Instagram advertising for the interior design industry

. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns that drive qualified leads and contribute to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns.
Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial interior design projects.
Develop and optimize campaign strategies to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
Create compelling ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting strategies.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly performance reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion rates.
Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, trends, and best practices.




Maintain and optimize retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
Identify recent opportunities to increase lead volume and campaign performance.

Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and lead generation.
Prior experience generating leads for the interior design, architecture, real estate, or home décor industry

.
Solid understanding of Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager.
Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and analytics tools.
Knowledge of audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.
Robust analytical and reporting skills.
Experience working with CRM systems and lead management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the interior design industry is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
Understanding of sales funnels and customer journey optimization.

Contract Duration
3 Months (Contract Basis)
Extension may be considered based on performance and business requirements.
