You’ll lead operations, client strategy, and cross-functional teams to scale India’s premium MICE footprint. Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex MICE events across India—from RFP to post-event reporting—with 100% client satisfaction.
Develop and manage annual client portfolios, driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic relationship expansion.
Direct operations, vendor management, and on-ground logistics for events—from venue selection and AV tech to transportation and hospitality.
Build and mentor a high-performing MICE operations team, setting KPIs, training protocols, and delivery excellence benchmarks.
Negotiate contracts with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and tech partners—securing best-in-market rates and value-added services.




Collaborate with marketing and sales to design event concepts, proposals, and ROI-driven pitch decks for C-suite clients.
