We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Non CA with M.com degree to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing personal accounts, handling taxation and statutory compliance, and providing expert financial support across various areas. The role demands solid analytical skills, hands-on knowledge of tax laws, and a sound understanding of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining a set of personal accounts.
Expertise in handling taxes and compliances, including:
TDS calculation, TDS deposit, issuance of certificates, TDS return filing, checking, and preparation of salary and non-salary returns
Property tax management
Filing of income tax returns for individuals and HUFs
GST-related tasks such as adjustment for the previous financial year, GST audit, annual return (Form GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C), Form GSTR-1, Form GSTR-3B, and verification of import credits in GSTR-2B
Advance tax calculation and filing for individuals and HUFs
Proficient in PF and ESI regulations and compliance.
Well-versed in commission calculations on sales, including documentation and payment processing.
Strong knowledge and experience in conducting stock audits.
Responsible for handling statutory audits of accounts.




Knowledge of MSME Form 1 compliance.
Ability to clear and reconcile suspense accounts efficiently.
Coordinate with the insurance team to prepare and submit debt payment claims.
Maintain stock statements, manage employee payouts, rent invoicing, and oversee rental and remuneration payments.
Reconcile TDS certificates from customers under section 194Q and provide a report of pending certificates.
Monitor Forex exchange rates and share advisory on booking spot/future rates (USD & EURO).
Handle various types of insurance, including inventory insurance, Team Insurance, trade credit insurance, marine insurance, and vehicle insurance.
Generate and submit monthly token reports.
Responsible for the online submission of BOE.
Handle documentation and processes related to bank renewals.
Reconcile debtors and creditors, credit card statements, and bank statements etc.

Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory (for CA Candidate)
M.com Degree

Skills Required:
Robust working knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and positive communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple Roles & responsibilities.
