Position: Engineer / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager HSE (Health, Safety & Setting)

Role & Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and statutory compliance at project sites.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and safety training for site personnel.
Identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure implementation of effective control measures.
Ensure compliance with project-specific HSE plans, permit-to-work systems, and protected work practices.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor high-risk activities such as lifting operations, work at height, excavation, confined space, electrical works, and heavy equipment operations.
Ensure proper usage of PPE and maintain emergency preparedness at project sites.
Prepare HSE reports, MIS, safety statistics, and statutory documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants,



and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 510 years of HSE experience in reputed EPC, Infrastructure, Foundation Engineering, or Construction companies.
Mandatory: Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety, ADIS, PDIS, or equivalent recognized HSE qualification.
Sound knowledge of HSE regulations, construction safety standards, and risk management.
Experience in conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and safety training.
Valuable communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HSE reporting systems is an added advantage.
Willingness to work at project sites across India.
