Job Description
Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and skilled platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri etc.)
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally.

Required Profile

> Candidate should be a Graduate or under grad in 2nd year +

> Candidate Should Be Inclined To Work In Recruitments





> Candidate Should Be Willing To Work 10 to 7

> Candidate Should Be Willing To Do Mass Recruitments

> Candidate Should Have Descent Communication Skils
> Candidate Should Have Basic Computer Knowledge (Excel and Word)

Working days 5.5

Shift 8 hours

Salary : Freshers 1,20,000 pa

Experience - Upto 2,00,000 pa

(Incentives b/w 3k-7k based on performance)

Job Location - 178, Manmohan Nagar, Near Vijay Nagar, (above Prabhu Filling Station) Jabalpur
