Job Title: Assistant Manager - Accounts and Finance

Location: Kanakia Wall Street, Andheri East, Mumbai

Work Mode: Monday to Saturday (Onsite)

Qualification & Experience

Semi-qualified CA or

Commerce graduate with minimum 5+ years of experience in working in accounts/ CA firms

Robust exposure to accounting, MIS, and client servicing

Key Responsibilities
Invoice Verification & ERP Control

Review and approve invoices uploaded in ERP by company accountants

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and statutory requirements

Identify discrepancies and coordinate for rectification
Monthly Book Closure

Handle end-to-end monthly closing of books

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timelines

Perform ledger scrutiny and reconciliations

GST set off entries and ensuring correct filings.

Correct TDS deductions.

Ensuring other compliance on time to time basis.
MIS & Reporting

Prepare monthly MIS reports for management

Analyze financial data and highlight key variances

Support decision-making through actionable insights




Financial Statement Preparation

Assist in preparation of financial statements

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards

Coordinate with auditors and internal teams
Due Diligence Support

Assist in financial due diligence assignments of clients

Data compilation, analysis, and reporting support
Process Improvement & Automation

Identify gaps in existing processes and controls

Suggest and implement process improvements

Drive automation in accounting and reporting workflows

Key Skills Required

Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge

Valuable understanding of ERP systems

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting

Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines

Valuable communication and coordination skills
