Job Responsibilities
Defining project goals, scope, and deliverables, and creating a project plan.
Coordinate with teams, Management, and external vendors as needed.
Monitor progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project.
Perform research, analysis, reporting, and documentation as needed for projects.
Regularly communicate with all stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and engaged.
Ensure that projects are delivered within the approved timelines and that quality standards are met.
Manage data for running various marketing campaigns for the Retail Call Center.

Skills Needed
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Prior experience in project management is preferred but not mandatory
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
Should be proficient in MS Office
