Roles & Responsibilities
Visit architects, contractors, builders, carpenters, dealers, and project sites to generate new business opportunities.
Promote the company's range of plywood, flush doors, laminates, MDF, veneers, and other wood products.
Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and convert leads into sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct regular market visits to identify current projects and monitor competitor activities.
Meet assigned sales targets and expand the customer base within the allocated territory.
Coordinate with the office and dispatch team to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and customer feedback.
Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market intelligence to the reporting manager.
Represent the company professionally and maintain high standards of customer service.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass with relevant experience may also be considered).




25 years of field sales experience in plywood, laminates, timber, MDF, veneers, hardware, paints, sanitaryware, cement, steel, or other building materials.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and dealers.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
