Job Description MEP Engineer

Position: MEP Engineer
Experience: 5–6 Years
Project Type: High-Rise Residential (Mivan Construction)

Job Responsibilities
Execute and supervise MEP works (Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC, and ELV) for residential projects.
Coordinate with civil, architectural, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Review MEP drawings, resolve site issues, and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Coordinate material planning, inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Ensure timely completion of MEP activities within project schedules.

Requirements
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
5–6 years of experience in MEP execution for high-rise residential projects.
Experience in Mivan construction is mandatory.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Robust knowledge of MEP systems, site coordination, and quality standards.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
