Role Description The Manager Transaction Services is responsible for overseeing end-to-end property transaction processes, with a primary focus on leasing commercial, industrial, and retail spaces. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon includes managing client interactions, coordinating property evaluations, preparing transaction documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The role involves reviewing financial and legal aspects of deals, conducting due diligence, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to close transactions efficiently.

The manager will monitor transaction pipelines,



analyze market data, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, evaluate transaction data, and support decision-making.

Candidates should possess Accounting and Finance skills to review financial statements, assess deal feasibility, and support pricing and negotiation.

Candidates should possess Due Diligence and Auditing skills to validate property and client information, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain compliance.
