Job Title: MBA Marketing Executive (Sales & Business Development)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated MBA Marketing professional to help expand our sales across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, converting inquiries into sales, developing current dealer and distributor networks, and increasing brand awareness for our bakery machinery.

Key Responsibilities
Generate B2B sales leads for bakery machines across India.
Follow up with inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
Develop relationships with bakeries, hotels, cafés, and food manufacturing businesses.
Identify and approach new distributors and dealers.
Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Manage leads from IndiaMART, website, social media, and trade exhibitions.
Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely customer support.
Prepare quotations, presentations,



and sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements
MBA in Marketing (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
1–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions.
