Collaborate with the Regional Manager and hiring managers to execute life cycle recruiting plans.
Understand the manpower requirements and post job openings on internal job portal as well as external job portals.
Ensure all recruitment related documents such as CVs, offer letters, etc. pre and post recruitment.
Screening and identifying external as well as internal applicants for job openings.
Conduct recruitment related activities including preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitate hiring.
Ensure timely communication to the candidates on interview feedback.
Ensure proper background verification of current hires as per organizational guidelines
Issue offer/ rejection letter, facilitate negotiations with the candidate.
Timely update Recruitment MIS and provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team.
