Contract Management Overview
A Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) skilled oversees the entire lifecycle of contractsfrom drafting and negotiation to execution, performance monitoring, and renewal. They ensure legal compliance, reduce risk, and optimize vendor/client relationships by managing, tracking, and storing contracts in a secure repository. Key skills include attention to detail, negotiation, and CLM software proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and Negotiating: Collaborate with legal and operational teams to draft, review, and negotiate contract terms to meet business goals while minimizing risk.
Contract Execution: Manage the approval workflow and ensure timely signing and storage of contracts in a centralized repository.
Performance Monitoring: Track vendor/client deliverables against agreed service levels, key performance indicators (KPIs), and deadlines.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations,
managing liability and addressing potential breaches.
Lifecycle Maintenance: Proactively manage renewals, amendments, and terminations to avoid service gaps or unnecessary costs.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize CLM tools to generate reports, analyze contract data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in contract administration, legal, or procurement roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CLM software (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, SAP Ariba), MS Office, and contract repository systems.
Communication: Solid negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reviewing legal documentation.

Ready to work in US shift from office for 5 days
