Adeptmed Healthcare Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced MDS Coordinator with hands-on experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Minimum Data Set (MDS). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CMS Five-Star Ratings, Quality Measures, and clinical documentation to support quality improvement and compliance with US healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate MDS assessments for accuracy and completeness.
Monitor and analyze CMS Five-Star Ratings and Quality Measures.
Identify documentation gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and MDS guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve quality outcomes.
Prepare reports and track quality performance metrics.
Stay updated with changes in CMS regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, or Registered Nurse (RN).
Experience working with MDS in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
Good understanding of CMS Five-Star Rating methodology and Quality Measures.
Strong analytical and clinical documentation review skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in US Healthcare.
Familiarity with MDS software and clinical documentation systems.
RAC-CT certification will be an added advantage.
