About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead and scale our digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI through data-driven marketing strategies. This role requires someone who can lead the performance marketing team, build effective advertising strategies, and work closely with the content and creative teams to develop high-converting campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Performance Marketing team, setting goals and ensuring high performance.

Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, Native, Affiliate, and other paid channels.

Create growth strategies to maximize user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Collaborate with the Content, Creative, Product, and Design teams to plan campaign messaging, creatives, and content strategy.

Define campaign objectives, audience segmentation, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and optimization plans.

Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and LTV.





Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Identify current growth prospects, marketing channels, and automation tools.

Manage large advertising budgets while ensuring maximum return on investment.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

8+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Search Console, and other analytics tools.

Solid understanding of media planning, campaign strategy, audience targeting, attribution models, and funnel optimization.

Experience working closely with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and content strategies.

Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and large advertising budgets.
