Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head – Marketing & Business Development to lead B2B marketing, business development, client relationships, and revenue growth across India.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing & business development strategies.
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Build robust relationships with clients, EPC companies, contractors, and consultants.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, proposals, and deal closures.
Lead and mentor the marketing & business development team.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Travel across India for client meetings and business development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration; MBA preferred.
10–20 years of relevant experience.
Boiler & Power Plant industry experience is mandatory.
Robust B2B Marketing, Business Development & Leadership skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with reputed companies in the sector preferred.
