Role & responsibilities
Take detailed patient history, perform clinical examinations, and counsel patients on infertility issues.
Assist senior doctors in fertility evaluations, diagnostic tests (USG monitoring, baseline scans, etc.), and treatment planning.
Monitor patients undergoing IVF/ICSI cycles, administer injections/medications, and track progress.
Conduct follow-up consultations, maintain detailed clinical records, and ensure proper documentation.
Participate in patient counseling sessions, explain treatment protocols, success rates, and medication usage.
Attend fertility awareness camps, OPD duties, and assist in minor procedures under supervision.
Coordinate with embryologists, nurses, and other staff for smooth patient flow.
Handle emergency calls and basic gynecological/obstetric care as needed.
Maintain inventory of IVF drugs/general medicines and ensure compliance with protocols.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: MBBS / MD/MS (with valid MCI/State Council registration mandatory).
Experience: 2-4years (Fresh MBBS graduates welcome; preference for those with interest in Gynecology, Obstetrics, or Reproductive Medicine).
Valuable communication skills (Hindi + English) essential for patient counseling.
Female candidates preferred (common in many IVF centres for patient comfort), but male candidates with robust interest can also apply.
Willing to work in Guna, Madhya Pradesh (local candidates or those open to relocate preferred).
Passionate about fertility care, patient-centric approach, and learning IVF procedures.
