Minimum 4 years of experience in .NET technologies, including C#, .NET Core, and the .NET Framework (.Net Core Version 6 And Above)
Strong hands-on experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Proficient in, XUnit, and multithreading
Solid understanding and practical implementation of SOLID principles and design patterns
Exposure to TDD, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Web APIs, and Web Services is an added advantage
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Protected
Solid design thinking and technical problem-solving abilities
Ability to mentor and guide the project team on technical matters
