About the Role

At Lantern Digital, we're looking for someone who's curious, street-smart, and eager to learn how digital marketing actually drives business growth. As a Marketing Intern, you'll get hands-on exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, e-commerce brands, and real client campaigns. This isn't a role where you'll just observe, you'll learn by doing.

Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

Work closely with the Performance Marketing team on live client accounts.

Research audiences, competitors, and industry trends.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Learn how e-commerce businesses operate and how marketing impacts revenue.

Support content planning by understanding what drives engagement and conversions.

Monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.





Coordinate with designers and content teams to execute marketing campaigns.

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, AI tools, and advertising platforms. What We're Looking For A genuine interest in digital marketing and e-commerce.

Street-smart with solid common sense and problem-solving abilities.

Quick with numbers and comfortable working with data.

Basic understanding of how content works across social media platforms.

Curious, proactive, and always willing to learn.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to take ownership and work in a quick-paced workplace.

Preferred

Skills

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is a plus (not mandatory).

Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel.

Knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, or AI productivity tools is an added advantage.
