Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute downstream replenishment plans for finished goods across warehouses and distribution centers.
Convert demand forecasts into distribution requirements and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs).
Maintain inventory through safety stock, reorder point, and replenishment planning.
Monitor inventory health, including excess, slow-moving, obsolete, and stockout risks.
Coordinate with manufacturing to align production with downstream demand.
Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, sales, and customer service to ensure timely deliveries.
Manage product allocation and prioritization during supply constraints.
Track KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, days of inventory, and forecast adherence.
Prepare planning, inventory, and supply performance reports.
Use ERP/APS tools (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder) for planning cycles and scenario analysis.
Support S&OP;/IBP processes and participate in planning process improvements and automation initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Operations or Supply Chain (preferred)
