Role Description This is a full-time remote Marketing Intern role.

The Marketing

Intern will support marketing campaigns by assisting with market research, gathering customer and competitor insights, and helping analyze data to inform strategy. The role includes drafting marketing content for digital channels, collaborating with the sales and customer service teams on promotional initiatives, and helping coordinate social media and email activities. The intern will also support day-to-day administrative tasks within the marketing function,



prepare reports on campaign performance, and contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage effectively with potential and existing customers.
Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to help identify trends, understand customer needs, and support planning of campaigns.
Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to assist in lead nurturing, respond to inquiries, and support a positive customer experience.
Candidates should demonstrate basic proficiency with digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or marketing platforms) and an interest in SaaS or customer support technologies.
Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently in a remote setting, and eager to learn from a rapid-paced, collaborative environment.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
